A crisp winter harvest of deep green leaf yields a quite refreshing cup. Bordering on green tea, this long leaf oolong is fresh and bright in the cup with little to no astringency or bitterness. The fragrant aroma of lilacs and a soft full flavor are reminiscent of a youthful spring rain....or snow here in Vermont.
