Our exclusive house roasted Ali Shan Zin Hsuan; roasted in small batches over 2 1/2 months in our Middlebury Teahouse. A wonderful medium roast gives this normally creamy zin hsuan varietal a slightly heavier body and a deeper flavor profile. Soft, fresh, and creamy green flavors give way to a more robust, roasted, buttery character. Notes of buttered popcorn and toasted coconut intermingle with sweet summer flowers. A unique tea with a touch of Vermont just in time for a long winter.
