There’s a lot of tea in China, and we decided this year to focus on Green Tea from Zhejiang Province, and White Tea from Fujian.
It’s been a busy Spring, and early season harvests are fading to an end…which allowed us to taste the full spectrum of the best to offer.
Visiting both large and small gardens…Organic, non-organic, famous, and not-so-famous.
