Light Roast – Autumn 2016

Our exclusive High Mountain House Roast selection from Li Shan, grown at 1800 meters. Li Shan, or “Pear Mountain”, is one of the most famous mountain areas in Taiwan’s Central Mountain region.

Utilizing high grade Spring 2015 harvest leaf, our bamboo roasting process brings out complexities in a bouquet of sorts.  The cup is full of a soft richness that shifts from floral turquoise waters to a white peach sweetness.

Our bamboo roasting methods are the result of 7 years of trials along with yearly studies alongside Taiwanese and Chinese tea makers. We’re still very much beginners compared to the masters, but we are happy to present them to you.
