Ceramic and Silk Strainer

A sturdy and nicely textured clay matched with fine silk for extremely effective straining. Great for any tea, but especially helpful when brewing Green Oolong, Dark Oolong, Raw Puer, and Ripe Puer.

Often seen in Yunnan for brewing Puer tea, and quite fun to see the strainer “age” with use! Some impressive tea colors stain the unglazed yixing clay, making for a beautiful seasoned gongfu accessory.
