Whole chrysanthemum flowers can stand on their own as a delicious herbal tea (a tradition that goes back centuries!), so we chose to blend them with a tea that complements their distinct flavor. Our Shou Mei grade Bai Mu Dan white tea makes a great base for the flowers to settle into, adding body, sweetness, and complexity to the brighter, sweet peppery notes of the chrysanthemum.
