A handmade black tea from the famed Jun Chiyabari factory. After harvest, fresh leaf is withered, then ever so-carefully hand rolled to release the moisture inside the leaves and start the oxidation process. This delicate process gives a unique and beautiful leaf appearance…Hand rolled, without machinery, allows for a complexity not found elsewhere!

A once in a season tea!!! Extremely smooth (very minimal bitterness) and dynamic for many infusions, with notes of orange blossom and sweet warm honey.

A fun one to try a gongfu brewing method.
