This unique green tea is fired, rather than steamed (as sencha is)…giving a unique taste that lends to a vibrancy similar to Chinese green tea, but still distinctly Japanese. An incredibly balanced and unique green tea, with notes of sweet toasted rice, arugula, cucumber, and nettle.
