Jing Shan Hong Cha
Hong Cha = Black Tea
This old favorite is back! Grown in the Jing Shan region, famous for its ancient Buddhist temple and beautiful tea fields, this medium bodied black tea is quite smooth and mild with notes of orange peel, pink peppercorn, marshmallow root, and fig.
A great choice for those who love chinese style hong cha, or those who are looking for a new cup beyond the standard breakfast teas.

I have tried this wonderful tea three times and am already enamored with it. A silky sweet with honey notes offering. Refreshing- just what I like to have after or during a rough working day. Over the years a tea like this has been important to me. I will have this on my top shelf ready to brew. Owning four books about the history of tea and learning about a centuries old culture- there is a lot to it. Thanks to all the artisans and everyone for letting us share in it.
