Hong Cha = Black Tea

Grown in the Jing Shan region, famous for its ancient Buddhist temple and beautiful tea fields, this medium bodied black tea is quite smooth with notes of fig, date, and a touch of sweetness.

I wouldn’t call this tea’s cup delicate (although it is beautifully rolled leaf), but it’s not your average breakfast tea either. A great choice for those who love chinese style hong cha, or those who are looking for a new cup beyond the standard breakfast teas.
