Includes Organic ginger root, orange peel, clove, black pepper, cardamon, and cinnamon.

Stone Leaf Teahouse Masala Chai:
…how we make it in the teahouse!: (with separate spice and black tea)

Makes 1 serving, ~12oz

-3/4 cup water, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp masala spice* – simmer for 3-5 minutes (longer you simmer, more spicy it gets!
— turn off heat.
– add 1 tsp assam ctc black tea or Rooibos for a caffeine-free version
— let sit 2 minutes
– add 1/2 cup milk, turn up the heat
—once it starts to boil up, pull off heat and strain

-practice your pouring back and forth from cup to teapot to get that great foam on top!
-pour into your cup (do that high pour!)…and garnish with ground cinnamon

*crush or grind your spices to get more out of them

**adjust quantities and times to suit your desired levels of strength!
