Aged in Xishuanbanna until our pressing in 2023, our Ganesha elephant puer is smooth with a full body, woody undertones, & notes of chaga, cacao, shitake, & dates. Evokes a scottish grandma’s moss covered gatehouse amidst the pines (really).
