Spring 2024

One of the most famous high mountain oolong teas in Taiwan and around the world. Grown among fruit trees at 1800 meters, this tea is light, delicate, and complex.

The tightly rolled, young leaves burst with intense green color and bright floral aromas. The crisp and crystal clear, green infusion produces subtle notes of delicate fruit, a silky smooth mouth feel, and sweet sugarcane finish.

This years harvest stands out with beautifully uniform young leaf with little stem presence, especially vibrantly green, and very minimal roasting…a competition grade leaf.

Many tea companies sell tea labelled as “Li Shan” when it is actually harvested from other mountains in the county…we do not do this. This is True Li Shan!
