Fresh Shincha…early harvest of the year from Uji, Japan! (one week after our Uji Shincha #1!)
A bit lighter of an infusion, with a bright green hue & slight toasted notes that evoke dandelion greens & buttered sweetpeas. We say this, mostly in comparing to the Uji Shincha #1, but on it’s own it is fits as a bright green early harvest sencha, with a touch of toastiness.
