Tung Ting Spring 2018 Harvest

This is our darkest house roast yet…getting more daring here. This Autumn’s crazy weather has gotten us to try some new techniques. The result is a darker infusion with more red tones…taste-wise: a sweet carmelized sugarcane sweetness balanced with a dark cherry cask finish. Still very freshly roasted, so changing daily…we’ll update our description weekly.

Our bamboo roasting methods are the result of 8 years of trials and yearly visits with Taiwanese and Chinese tea makers. We’re still very much beginners compared to the masters, but we are happy to present them to you.
