Grown in the beautiful Tian Mu Mountains of Lin An County, we’re proud to present this fine Organic green tea. Green tea production has a long history in the Tian Mu Mountains, going back to the Tang Dynasty, and this is the traditional style of the region!

With bright green young buds and straight leaf rolling style, our first selection is notably refreshing. It brews lighter in color, but has enough oomph to develop tannins (get strong and bitter) if you steep it for a long while.

Notes of cucumber, white peach, & melon rind…with a sweet roasted almond aroma.

It’s flavor profile is between our Taiwan Bi Luo Chun or Jing Shan Mao Feng.
