Literally translated as “Evergreen Grove Creek”, this wonderful high elevation oolong tea is grown on the steep hillsides of the lush mountain forests in Taiwan’s Nantou County. Shan Lin Xi is quickly becoming one of Taiwan’s premiere high mountain oolong growing areas, famous for producing a clean and bright tea of the highest quality amongst the waterfalls.
Complex and balanced with notes of fresh pine and a soft green body from high quality leaf. Our spring harvest is once again quite vibrant…imparting an especially sweet finish with notes of linden blossoms.
