Not to be confused with the Dong Shan Bi Luo Chun from China, this tea shares the name, but is uniquely its own.
This year’s harvest is has a prevalent number of tips, giving an especially sweet cup.

Ah, it does have some good green notes to it when brewed strong…but can also be brewed lighter to bring out more light sweet goodness.
